Now, Crush Daddy is an interesting case, as recently he came under heat because Ace Banner and his totally surprising dwelling into bi territory.
When Ace’s audience reacted badly to the event, his brilliant response was to employ the already tired “sexual liberty defense” while disparaging them for being “judgemental” and “like the conservatives”.
For one, the whole sexual libery defense doesn’t make sense, as people were mad at Ace for doing bi content while self-iding as gay, with the very clear catch of him doing said content with Crush Daddy’s own partner, who is a hardcore gay conversion therapy fetishist, making the situation even worse. Also, this whole “libery argument” falls flat coming from the mouth of Crush Daddy, a guy who interacts with his male scene co-perfomers in a very limited way and for whom doing something as simple as sucking dick was so earth-shatering to the point of him posting a whole pretentious lecture about it.
Yeah, “sexual liberty” and “experimentation” are fine and dandy as long as they don’t disrupt his little heteronormative comfort zone. How interesting!
