Unfortunately, what Cris is describing has been a thing in gay porn for a very long time, even before OF.
The gay porn industry as a whole has a very clear track record of bending itself backwards in order to accomodate the whims of g4ps and even straight-leaning bisexual men.
This is the same industry which not only tolerated, but nurtured people like Cody Cummings, who spent nearly half a decade being a huge waste of space in NDS.
