It all started with a tweet from Colton Grey that talked about his bad experience with Nica Noelle, known as Nica Theory on twitter and director of Icon Male. He was not happy with the schedule he was given as it was very tiring.
Something needs to be done about this and @NicaTheory I highly recommend the people behind @IconMale to look into it pic.twitter.com/9uO4hsLgew

UPDATE Nica has deleted her twitter account. She does have a blog and talked about the recent incident.
Social media feels like a world onto itself, and in a way it is. But it can have “IRL” consequences. I am happy to report that my studio and I are a strong and united front, and we are moving forward with a formal response to the conduct of Straight Up Gay Porn, Zach Sire, and anyone else who is publicly posting fraudulent claims of abuse or mistreatment on my sets.
When you are innocent, you have nothing to fear. Presently my only fear is that these bizarre lies will go unchallenged and that a perception of me that is both untrue and maliciously motivated will remain online. Until this situation is resolved legally, I will not be returning to Twitter, and therefore will not be able to promote my films. But I will continue to post regular journal entries and personal thoughts and insights here.
UPDATE 2 Nica is back on twitter.
